How long will it take for my order to ship?

Once full payment has been received, items will ship within 2-4 business days. 
You will receive an email notification with the tracking number of your parcel once the order has been shipped.

How quickly will my order arrive?


Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days from shipment date to arrive.

Do you accept international orders?


No we don’t sorry.

What is your returns policy?

We are happy when our customers are happy.  If you received your item in a damaged state we would be more than happy to either replace the item, find you a suitable replacement or offer a refund. All we ask is that you inform us by email within 5 days of receiving the item and return the goods within 10 working days from the date you originally received them. The item was damaged during transit. What do I do?


We take great care in packaging your orders as safely as possible. In the unfortunate event where goods arrive damaged and/or faulty, please contact us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the goods. We may request photographic proof of breakage or damage.

Will my ceramics arrive safely?


We take the same care when wrapping them for dispatch to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our ceramics are protected by secure layers of bubblewrap, to protect the piece from knocks & bumps during transit.

Should something happen to the parcel despite all our packaging efforts, we will do our very best to replace the item, find you a suitable replacement or offer a refund.
